Startup Emirates provides educational programs, entrepreneurship resources, mentorship opportunities,
innovation initiatives, community engagement features, and related services.
Startup Emirates reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion.

All content, trademarks, branding, course materials, software, and platform functionality remain the
property of Startup Emirates or its licensors.
Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to access content for personal educational purposes.
Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, Startup Emirates implements appropriate safeguards and contractual protections.
Users retain ownership of submitted content but grant Startup Emirates a non-exclusive license to use, display, process, and store such content for service delivery purposes.
Participation in programs does not guarantee:
Certificates may be issued subject to completion requirements.
The platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services. Startup Emirates is not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
Startup Emirates makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Startup Emirates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
Startup Emirates may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
